Offshore Fishing Heating Up Off Charleston
Headed offshore on Monday with a decent forecast and conditions. Tons of Bonita at the Edisto Banks so pushed out to some deep blue water and were able to find a few dolphin. There were a couple minor temp breaks between 72 and 76 degrees and rips in 400-600 feet of water. Most of the fish came in about 75-76 degree water. Few slingers and a small bull.
Picked up a 50lb Wahoo trolling back in at 250 feet.
Dolphin bite should start picking up soon with the water continuing to warm up.
